Two days ago, the official web site for PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Vita video game franchise, Photo Kano, has been updated due recently reaching the 200,000 units sold, and in addition to a thanks message, there was a announcement of a new project for the PlayStation Vita “coming soon” on 2016.

Photo Kano is a dating simulator video game originally released by Kadokawa Games on 2012 for PlayStation Portable, and developed by Dingo Inc. and Enterbrain. Photo Kano Kiss is the enhanced version for the PlayStation Vita, released on April, 2015.

Kazuya Maeda is a second-year high school student who takes pictures of girls with his camera that he received from his dad. The game focuses on his romantic encounters with various girls at his school. The anime adaptation goes across each girl, following a common arc until episode 4, which serves as the branching off point for each route; each route is an episode long (except for Haruka's, which received a two-part treatment), when one is completed, the next episode reverts to a certain point in time and goes down another route.
The same month that the second game was released, as anime adaptation premiered on Japanese television. This series ran until June, 2013 and consist of 13 episodes.
